If you submit a waitlist or partner application form, we collect the information submitted in that form. This may include your email address, trader type, creator or brand details, platform links, audience size, content focus, promotion plan, and optional messages.

Payments are processed by Stripe. TensorAlgo does not store full payment card details, bank account numbers, or sensitive payment credentials on its servers. When you make a payment, Stripe processes and stores payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy and applicable security standards. We may retain limited transaction data such as transaction reference IDs, payment amounts, and billing status for account management, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
