Last updated: 20.05.2026. These Terms of Service form the main agreement between you and TensorAlgo.
1. Overview
Our site is operated by Sindel LLP ("TensorAlgo", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number OC459842 and have our registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.
TensorAlgo provides software tools that allow users to create, structure, and manage trading workflows, scenario conditions, and decision frameworks. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Related Policies
The following policies are incorporated into these Terms of Service and form part of the agreement between you and TensorAlgo:
3. Nature of the Service
TensorAlgo is a technology platform only. We provide tools for structuring trading workflows, organising market data, and creating user-defined decision frameworks.
We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, portfolio management, brokerage services, or trade execution.
4. No Financial Advice
All platform content, AI-assisted outputs, structured scenarios, contextual summaries, data displays, and workflow states are provided for informational, organisational, and user-directed purposes only.
Users are solely responsible for interpreting information and making all trading decisions independently.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, strategy design, risk management, capital allocation, and compliance with applicable laws. Trading involves risk, and you may lose part or all of your capital.
6. AI-Assisted Outputs
The Platform may generate AI-assisted outputs such as summaries, structured scenarios, contextual overviews, workflow states, or review insights. These outputs are based on user inputs, data inputs, and system logic.
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They do not constitute advice, signals, predictions, or recommendations. You must independently verify all information.
7. Third-Party Data and External Sources
TensorAlgo may display, process, or organise data from third-party providers, market data sources, APIs, or user-connected services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or reliability of third-party data.
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Users are responsible for verifying all information independently.
8. Account and Access
You must be at least 18 years old to use TensorAlgo. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
Accounts created by bots, automated methods, or unauthorised third parties are not permitted. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
9. Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TensorAlgo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own internal trading workflow and decision-structuring purposes.
This licence does not transfer ownership of any software, systems, designs, workflows, platform logic, AI structure, or intellectual property owned by TensorAlgo.
10. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit the Platform without written permission.

TensorAlgo reserves the right to withhold or disqualify commissions if we determine, at our sole discretion, that they were generated through fraudulent, illegal, or questionable practices. Participation in the Programme does not create any agency, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship between you and TensorAlgo.
Disclosures, Attribution & Payouts
You must comply with applicable disclosure rules (e.g. FTC, ASA, or equivalent in your jurisdiction) when promoting TensorAlgo. We may use last-click attribution and set an attribution window (e.g., 30 days), a payout threshold, and a payout schedule. We reserve the right to adjust or claw back commissions for refunds, chargebacks, subscription cancellations, or fraud.
12. User Content

UK and EEA consumers retain any statutory cooling-off rights as described in the Billing & Refund Policy.
15. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, continuous availability, real-time accuracy, or error-free operation. The Platform may be modified, suspended, updated, or discontinued at any time.

26. Assignment; No Waiver; Force Majeure
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, government actions, cyberattacks, pandemics, or internet disruptions.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Billing & Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and Risk Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and TensorAlgo regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject matter.
