What do you need help with?

AI Credits

AI Credits are the included AI allowance available with the current TensorAlgo plan.

They are separate from Platform Credits.

Actions that use AI Credits

Current AI-powered actions include:

  • AI Playbook Builder;
  • optional AI-powered Trade Intelligence analysis.

Standard deterministic Trade Intelligence analytics do not consume AI Credits.

Daily and monthly allowance

The account can have:

  • a daily included limit;
  • a billing-period included limit;
  • a remaining balance for the current day;
  • a remaining balance for the current billing period.

The Credits page shows the current account values.

AI Credits overview and allowance information

How charging works

The current cost can depend on the AI action.

The final per-action public credit model can change, so use the cost displayed for the action and the current Credits page rather than relying on an older fixed number.

When supported, included AI Credits are used before applicable Platform Credits.

Review AI usage

The Credits area can show recent AI usage events, including:

  • action type;
  • date;
  • charged amount;
  • result status.

When an AI action cannot run

Common reasons include:

  • the daily included allowance has been used;
  • the billing-period included allowance has been used;
  • the Platform Credit balance is insufficient for an applicable fallback;
  • the AI service is temporarily unavailable;
  • the requested action is unavailable for the current account state.

Check the current credit overview and try again after the relevant reset or balance update.
