Troubleshoot missing or delayed commission

A referral or invite is missing

Confirm that the supported referral or invitation flow was used and that the attribution appears in the signed-in account. Affiliate and Invite Streamers attribution are separate.

Commission is still pending

Eligible commission normally remains pending for 14 days. During that period it can be adjusted for payment, subscription, refund, reversal, or attribution changes.

The hold has passed

Open a Support Ticket when more than 14 days have passed, the underlying subscription remains eligible, and no explanatory status or adjustment is shown.

Paid commission is not received

Compare the paid entry with the available payout confirmation. Contact support when a paid entry has no matching confirmation.

Include the visible commission reference, date, programme type, and displayed status. Do not include payment credentials.
